What are some must-try wine varietals unique to the Margaret River region, and how do they reflect the local terroir?
Hi John,
Thanks for your comments. I’ve visited Howard Park a couple of times. They are Margaret River and Great Southern wine specialists and a family-owned winery owned by the Burch family, which is responsible for such brands as Howard Park, MadFish, and Marchand & Burch.
Margaret River holds a special place in my heart! I visited a few years back and was blown away by the stunning mix of landscapes and wine experiences. The ‘Margaret River, Caves, Wine, and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse Tour’ was a highlight for me. The contrast between the rugged coastline and the lush vineyards was simply breathtaking. Plus, tasting wine while learning about the region’s unique terroir made it all the more memorable. If you’re a nature and wine enthusiast, this destination truly offers the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to visit again and try one of those custom private tours!
